All UK items are posted with UPS tracked which usually takes 1-3 days depending on where you are in the UK, and 5-20 days outside of the UK. International tracked postage is calculated at checkout. International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for any unpaid customs fees or packages returned due to non-payment.

All sales are final for made-to-order and custom-made items.

For damaged or faulty items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jaokajaokha.com with clear photos and order number. The item must be unworn, and with all tags attached.
